Shipping

All items are shipped via United States Postal Service. Shipping to Canada and other international destinations may require the payment of duty and/or import fees by the customer. Once USPS delivers to an international destination, that country’s postal service or a partner postal service handles the final delivery (as USPS does not complete deliveries outside of the United States).

Lost or Missing Items

If you believe your item is lost or missing, we recommend first checking the tracking information sent in your confirmation email. If the tracking information says your item was delivered but it has not arrived, we recommend checking with your local post office to see when and if they received the item for delivery. If you are an international customer, your item may be being held at your local post office if your country requires the payment of duty fees. Probably This LLC is not responsible for items once they have been dispatched, but will do everything in its power to make sure you receive your purchase. If you have followed the above steps and still cannot locate your package, contact hey@probablythis.com and we will get back to you ASAP.

Returns

Returns, reimbursements, and exchanges are only possible if a product shows up damaged. We ask that you send an email to hey@probablythis.com with a photograph of your damaged item within 3 days of its arrival so that we can proceed as necessary. If the item you ordered is out of stock, you will be offered reimbursement and/or exchange for a product of similar value.
